Return Process

  Log into your Roarstore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
